To begin, click on each module title to access the training video. Beneath each video is a short description followed by course materials and supporting resources. As you are going through the training, we recommend having the Discovery and Documentation Workbook open on your computer or printed out ahead of time so you can follow along.
To navigate between modules, either return to this page or click Previous or Next at the bottom of each module page. Clicking Mark Complete once you have finished a video or completed an assignment will also move you forward to the next module and allow you to track your progress in the tracking bar above.
To receive a certificate of completion, you must fully complete the training, including assignments. After finishing a video or completing an assignment, click on the Mark Complete button at the bottom of the module page to record your progress. This button will only become clickable after you have fully watched the video (Modules 1-3, 6) or completed the assignment (Modules 4-5). An option to download your certificate of completion will be available once the training is complete.
